1Introduction & Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the PKA Games platform, including all gaming products, betting markets, promotional offers, and support services available at pkagames.com ("the Platform"). PKA Games operates this platform for recreational entertainment purposes and for users who meet the eligibility requirements set out in this Agreement.
By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on PKA Games, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you accept it without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not create an account or use the PKA Games platform in any capacity.
These terms apply to all players regardless of their location within Pakistan, the device they use to access the platform, or the payment method they use to fund their account. PKA Games reserves the right to update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or platform notification. Continued use of PKA Games following notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2Account Registration
2.1 Eligibility
To register an account with PKA Games you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
- Be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited;
- Be registering as an individual, not as a corporation, trust, or representative of any commercial entity;
- Not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PKA Games or any related platform;
- Not be an employee, director, contractor, or close family member of a PKA Games employee with access to operational systems.
2.2 One Account Policy
PKA Games operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. Each player is entitled to register exactly one account using their genuine personal details. The following are all considered the same "player" for this purpose: the same individual using multiple email addresses, multiple mobile numbers, multiple payment accounts, or any combination of the above to circumvent this restriction.
Where PKA Games detects the existence of multiple accounts belonging to the same player, the company reserves the right to merge those accounts, suspend all of them pending investigation, void any bonuses or promotional winnings associated with duplicate accounts, and retain balances until an investigation is complete. Players who maintain a single account in good standing will not be affected by this policy.
2.3 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your national identity documentation, your date of birth, your mobile number, and any other information PKA Games requests during registration or verification. Providing false information is a material breach of this Agreement and entitles PKA Games to suspend your account and review all associated balances and transactions.
2.4 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your PKA Games login credentials. Do not share your password with any other person. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact PKA Games support immediately via live chat. PKA Games will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain reasonable security over their login credentials.
3Identity Verification (KYC)
PKA Games is required to verify the identity of all players who request withdrawals and may request verification at any earlier stage at its discretion. The verification process – commonly referred to as Know Your Customer or KYC – protects players by ensuring that only the genuine account holder can access the balance.
3.1 Documents Required
PKA Games may request any of the following documents as part of the verification process:
- A copy of your national identity card (CNIC) showing your full name and date of birth;
- Proof of the payment method used to fund your account (such as a screenshot of your JazzCash or Easypaisa account showing your registered name);
- Proof of your residential address if requested;
- A selfie or video verification if the platform's systems flag an inconsistency in submitted documents.
3.2 Verification Timeframes
PKA Games aims to complete standard KYC verification within 24 hours of receiving all required documents. Complex cases or cases where documents require additional review may take up to 72 hours. Withdrawal requests are held pending during the verification period. PKA Games will communicate clearly about the status of any pending verification through your registered email address or via live chat.
Note: Completing your verification promptly after registration ensures that there is no delay when you request your first withdrawal from PKA Games. We recommend submitting your documents as soon as your account is active.
4Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Supported Payment Methods
PKA Games accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Pakistani payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is displayed in the cashier section of your account.
4.2 Currency
All PKA Games transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposit amounts and withdrawal amounts are always stated and processed in PKR. There are no currency conversion steps at any stage of the transaction process. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your PKA Games balance, and the amount you request for withdrawal is the amount you will receive, subject to any applicable processing timeframes.
4.3 Deposit Limits
The minimum deposit on PKA Games is Rs 500. There is no default maximum single deposit, though PKA Games reserves the right to apply deposit limits to individual accounts where responsible gaming concerns are identified or where enhanced due diligence is required. Players may also set their own voluntary deposit limits through their account responsible gaming settings.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within five minutes for fully verified accounts. Withdrawals to bank accounts via IBFT are processed within one to three business days depending on the receiving bank. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. PKA Games does not charge fees on withdrawals using local Pakistani payment methods.
4.5 Withdrawal Restrictions
Withdrawals may be held or reviewed in the following circumstances: the account has not completed KYC verification; an active bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement exists on the account; the withdrawal has been flagged by our fraud prevention systems for review; or the withdrawal amount exceeds the threshold for enhanced due diligence. PKA Games will communicate the reason for any withdrawal hold within 24 hours and provide a resolution timeframe.
4.6 Unused Balance
If your PKA Games account remains inactive for a period of twelve consecutive months (no login, no deposit, no bet), a maintenance fee of Rs 200 per month may be applied to the remaining balance. Accounts with a zero balance after this period will be closed. Accounts can be reactivated at any time by logging in and contacting support.
5Bonuses & Promotions
PKA Games offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms in this section as well as the specific terms of each individual offer, which are displayed in full on the Promotions page and in your account bonus dashboard before you opt in.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
All deposit bonuses on PKA Games carry a wagering requirement. This is the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each offer is stated clearly before you claim it. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus-derived winnings remain in your bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn. Your real-money balance (the funds you actually deposited) is always available for withdrawal regardless of any active bonus.
5.2 Eligible Games
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution rate for each game category is displayed in the terms of each individual offer. Generally, slots and Andar Bahar contribute 100%, while certain table games with lower house edges may contribute at a reduced rate. Sports bets placed at qualifying minimum odds also contribute to wagering. Bets placed on excluded markets do not contribute.
5.3 Bonus Validity
Deposit bonuses must be wagered within 30 days of being credited. Free spins typically expire within 7 days. Where a bonus expires before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus balance and any associated winnings are forfeited. Players can check the remaining validity period of any active bonus at any time through their PKA Games account dashboard.
5.4 Bonus Abuse
PKA Games takes a firm approach to bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: claiming multiple welcome bonuses by creating duplicate accounts; using coordinated betting strategies specifically to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk while retaining bonus value; and exploiting technical or promotional errors that were not intended by PKA Games. Where bonus abuse is identified, PKA Games reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and associated winnings and to apply a restriction to the account's eligibility for future promotions.
6Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 General Betting Rules
All bets placed on PKA Games are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type, which are published in the help section of the sportsbook. In cases of ambiguity or dispute, PKA Games' interpretation of the applicable rules will be final, provided such interpretation is reasonable and consistent with the published rules.
6.2 Minimum & Maximum Stakes
The minimum bet on sports markets is Rs 100. The minimum bet on casino games is the table or game minimum as displayed in the game interface. Maximum bet limits apply per market and per game and are displayed before you place your bet. PKA Games reserves the right to reduce the maximum stake available to any individual player without prior notice, particularly where patterns suggest unusual or potentially fraudulent activity.
6.3 Bet Acceptance
A bet is only accepted and valid once PKA Games has confirmed it and issued a unique bet reference number. An acknowledgement that a bet has been received does not constitute acceptance. PKA Games reserves the right to void any bet accepted in error, including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds caused by a technical error, data error, or human error. Players will be notified of any void bet and their stake returned.
6.4 Match & Event Results
PKA Games uses official data providers to confirm cricket, football, and other sporting results. Results are settled based on the official outcome as declared by the relevant governing body. Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or does not produce a valid result under the applicable rules, bets are settled according to the void and refund rules stated for that specific market.
6.5 Casino & Live Casino
All casino games on PKA Games – including slots, Andar Bahar, Roulette, and live dealer titles – are operated using certified systems. The return-to-player percentages for all games are published and reflect independently audited data. PKA Games does not manipulate game outcomes and players have no grounds to claim that a certified RNG outcome was unfair on the basis of personal experience of results.
7Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
PKA Games is committed to maintaining a fair and secure environment for all players. The following activities are expressly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances:
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or manipulate any part of the PKA Games platform or its games;
- Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform in any way not available to a standard user;
- Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to displaying incorrect odds, game malfunctions, or cashier errors;
- Coordinating with other players to place bets in a manner that reduces the house edge beyond what individual legitimate play would permit;
- Engaging in money laundering or using PKA Games to transfer funds obtained through illegal means;
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing any PKA Games support team member or other player in any way.
Important: PKA Games shares information about confirmed fraud and money laundering with relevant authorities and partner platforms as permitted by applicable law. Cooperation with any investigation is a condition of maintaining an account on PKA Games.
8Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 PKA Games' Right to Suspend
PKA Games reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time and without prior notice where: a breach of these Terms and Conditions is suspected; the account is under investigation for fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse; the account holder is identified as a minor; or the account has been inactive and has a zero balance for twelve consecutive months.
8.2 Player-Initiated Closure
You may close your PKA Games account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing support@pkagames.com. PKA Games will process your closure request within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method following standard withdrawal processing. Bonus balances and wagering-locked winnings are not returned on voluntary account closure.
8.3 Reinstatement
Accounts closed voluntarily may be reinstated by contacting PKA Games support. Accounts closed due to a breach of these terms, fraud investigation, or self-exclusion request will not be reinstated until the relevant process has been completed. Self-excluded accounts are subject to the cooling-off conditions in Section 9 of these terms.
9Responsible Gaming
PKA Games takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe that online gaming should be entertaining and that players should always feel in control of their activity. The following tools are available to all PKA Games account holders directly from their account settings without needing to contact support:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Wagering Limits: Restrict the total amount you can wager across all PKA Games products in a given period.
- Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
- Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period you cannot log in or make deposits.
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your account from PKA Games for a minimum period of six months. Once set, self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the minimum period has expired and you have submitted a formal reinstatement request that is subject to a 24-hour reflection period.

10Limitation of Liability
PKA Games provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain continuous, uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors. PKA Games will not be liable for losses arising from: temporary platform unavailability due to maintenance or technical issues; internet or mobile network disruptions on the player's side; delays in game or market data caused by third-party data providers; or bets that could not be placed due to a platform outage.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PKA Games' total liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the balance held in that player's account at the time of the relevant event.
PKA Games does not accept liability for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss of data, even where PKA Games has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
11Privacy & Data
PKA Games collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account with PKA Games, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data by contacting our support team.
PKA Games will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services as necessary to operate the platform and comply with legal obligations. All third-party service providers engaged by PKA Games are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
12Changes to These Terms
PKA Games reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change materially affects your rights or obligations as a player, PKA Games will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform before the change takes effect.
Non-material changes – such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates that are required by applicable law – may be implemented immediately without prior notice.
The version of the Terms and Conditions applicable to any specific bet or transaction is the version that was in effect at the time you placed the bet or made the deposit. The date of last update at the top of this page indicates when the current version came into effect. If you disagree with a change to these terms, your recourse is to close your PKA Games account before the change takes effect.
